General Returns

  1. All returns must be sent back within warranty time of receipt of the items. We only accept products in their original condition.

Without our prior knowledge, returns cannot be processed. Customers should contact our support service to obtain a products return form that must be included with the package.


  1. Mis-shipped items

For the items shipped not in correct, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees as soon as we confirmed. If you do not like a refund, we will process a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee as once we get the items reach us.


Warranty Return:


Any quality return between the warranty period should be arrive us in 10 days after customers obtain the returning form. After confirming the items, will exchange within 7 business days or offer a refund.


If customers return products for non quality reasons, we will offer an 85% refund. The 15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned.


Returned products should belong to with original packaging. If any returns are not, we will not make a refund or exchange. And we will not respond to send you back the products you return.
